I enjoyed it, its staff and location. Lots of supplies in the room: coffee, climate control and plasma TV set. The pool was heated and the garden - lovely. Set so close to a bus stop in the modern area.

The staff was friendly and that's why we recommend it. Hotel was situated short way from Kew Palace. Train station brentford was nearby, only 5 minutes away on foot. It was definitely 4 stars for us
